A Comissão da Câmara aprovou um projeto que permite ao segurado especial receber pensão por morte acima de um salário mínimo sem perder essa condição — algo proibido hoje pela lei.
A proposta corrige uma injustiça histórica e amplia a proteção previdenciária de agricultores familiares, pescadores artesanais, seringueiros e demais segurados especiais.
O que muda?
Mesmo recebendo uma pensão maior que o mínimo, o segurado especial continuará tendo direito aos benefícios e à proteção diferenciada prevista em lei.
O projeto ainda seguirá para outras comissões antes de ir ao Senado.
