O Conselho de Recursos da Previdência Social reconheceu o direito de um segurado à aposentadoria por tempo de contribuição, após comprovar que ele trabalhou exposto a agentes nocivos, como óleos, graxas e solventes — os chamados hidrocarbonetos aromáticos.
A decisão foi baseada no Decreto nº 3.048/99 e garantiu o direito adquirido antes da Reforma da Previdência (EC 103/2019).
