A 6ª Turma do TST decidiu que o contato direto com pacientes infectados pela Covid-19 garante o adicional de 40% (grau máximo) — mesmo sem atuação em área de isolamento.
📍 O caso envolveu uma socorrista de Montes Claros (MG) que trabalhou na linha de frente durante a pandemia e recebia apenas o grau médio (20%).
⚖ O Tribunal reconheceu que o risco biológico e o contato com doenças infectocontagiosas já são suficientes para o direito ao grau máximo.
