Nesse caso, você só terá direito à Aposentadoria por Idade, isso porque a contribuição do MEI é recolhida sobre a alíquota de 5%.
Então se você já era filiado ao INSS antes da reforma da previdência, as regras de aposentadoria por idade, serão:
Homens:
• 65 anos de idade;
• 15 anos de tempo de contribuição.
Mulheres
• 62 anos em 2023;
• 15 anos de tempo de contribuição.
Agora, se você contribui com 5% + 15% de alíquota, a coisa já muda de figura.
Você terá direito a mais aposentadorias, visto que contribui de forma parecida com os segurados empregados comuns, e também terá direito a:
✅ Aposentadoria por Idade;
✅ Aposentadoria por Tempo de Contribuição (se completou os requisitos antes da Reforma);
✅ Aposentadoria por Pontos;
✅ Todas as Regras de Transição.
É possível também solicitar complementação das suas contribuições e pagar a diferença desta alíquota de 5% + 15%, no momento de solicitar sua aposentadoria.
