Os atrasados do INSS são valores retroativos, acumulados que o segurado pode ter direito.
Nesse sentido, são valores que ele deveria receber ou ter recebido e, por algum motivo, não foram pagos.
Se o segurado tinha valores para receber do INSS e não recebeu por ter falecido, o CÔNJUGE (viúva(o)), poderá ter o direito de receber, assim como os demais herdeiros.
