Com a reforma da previdência a Idade da mulher se aposentar foi alterada para 62 anos.
Porém foi instituído pela lei, uma regra de transição, para ajudar aquelas mulheres que estavam muito próximas de se aposentar nesta categoria.
Então neste ano de 2022 a mulher precisa ter 61 anos e 6 meses completos para poder solicitar a aposentadoria por idade.
Vale lembrar que nesta categoria de aposentadoria ela precisa ter no mínimo 15 anos de contribuição.
