Uma situação bastante comum é que com o falecimento de um ente querido, um ou mais filhos continuem residindo no imóvel de propriedade da família, sem a concordância dos demais herdeiros.
Nesse caso, se os herdeiros não iniciarem o inventário, a fim de interromper a posse desse filho, ele poderá solicitar a Usucapião sobre o imóvel, desde que preencha os requisitos necessários, adquirindo a integralidade da propriedade!
