Se você não recebeu valores depositados do seu benefício, o primeiro passo é procurar entender o motivo que ocasionou essa situação.
Você irá verificar se houve algum erro, se o seu benefício foi cessado, se o INSS está em atraso, precisa atualizar endereço no INSS, entre outros motivos.
Após identificar o motivo, você poderá abrir a “solicitação de pagamento não recebido” junto ao INSS para que haja a correção do erro ou resolução da situação, e após seja feito novo deposito dos valores não recebidos.
Veja quais são os possíveis motivos para que o benefício do INSS não seja pago:
• Falha no sistema do INSS;
• Inconsistência nos dados cadastrais do titular
• Suspeita de fraude;
• Não comparecer à perícia obrigatória;
• Não realizar a prova de vida;
• Não receber no prazo de 60 dias após o deposito pelo INSS.
